Veri Silme
Facebook Sayfamıza ya da @truvaticaret Instagram hesabımıza yazdığınız yorumlar ve mesajlar, müşteri hizmetleri uygulamamız "Truva Sosyal" ile işlenir. Bu veriler 90 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Daha önce silinmesini isterseniz:
1. Facebook ya da Instagram'dan bize "Verilerimi silin" yazın veya truvaticaret17@gmail.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konusuyla e-posta gönderin. E-postada, yorum ya da mesaj yazdığınız hesabın kullanıcı adını ve yaklaşık tarihi belirtin.
2. Talebinizi aldığımızda size bir talep numarası veririz.
3. En geç 30 gün içinde sistemimizdeki yorum ve mesaj metinlerinizi, cevap kayıtlarını ve Meta'nın bize gönderdiği bildirim kayıtlarını sileriz ve size bildiririz. Talebinizle ilgili yazışma, yasal yükümlülüğümüz süresince saklanır.
Facebook ve Instagram'daki yorumlarınızı ve mesajlarınızı kendiniz silebilirsiniz; bu kayıtlar Meta'nın politikalarına tabidir.

Deleting Your Social Media Data
Comments you write on our Facebook Page or on the @truvaticaret Instagram account, and messages you send us, are processed with our customer service application "Truva Sosyal". This data is deleted automatically after 90 days. To have it deleted earlier:
1. Send us "Please delete my data" on Facebook or Instagram, or email truvaticaret17@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". In the email, include the username of the account you used and the approximate date.
2. When we receive your request, we give you a request number.
3. Within 30 days at the latest, we delete the texts of your comments and messages, our reply records and the notification records Meta sent us, and we let you know. Correspondence about your request is kept only as long as the law requires.
You can delete your comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram yourself; those records are governed by Meta's policies.
